Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking Appointments for orthodontic consultations can be scheduled online through our booking portal. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with the details of your appointment. A reminder will also be sent prior to your appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need of care. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your appointment without providing notice, it will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in limited access to online booking privileges. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure quality care for all patients. 5. Emergency Situations We understand emergencies happen. If an unavoidable situation prevents you from attending, please contact our office as soon as possible. 6. Agreement By booking an appointment online, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this booking and cancellation policy.
